Prices exclude VAT. This is the cost of the complete renovation with tiles and labour. On top of it come the sanitaryware, taps and shower screen, which you choose and we fit: that is why we do not hide them inside an average price per metre, and why other websites show higher figures for the same bathroom. The quote goes up if we move the toilet or the shower (new waste pipe), build a walk-in shower level with the floor or lay large-format tiles. We give you the exact figure after the visit, item by item.

How long a bathroom renovation takes
Up to two weeks for a standard bathroom. The first days are demolition and plumbing; then come the waterproofing and the tiles, which need their setting time; finally the sanitaryware and the grouting. The bathroom cannot be used while the works last: if it is the only one in the home, we plan the dates with you so it affects you as little as possible.
How we work
We visit the flat and measure the bathroom. You get an itemised quote: demolition, plumbing, tiles, fitting. You choose the tiles and sanitaryware, with our help if you want it. We sign a contract with a fixed price and deadline, do the works and hand the bathroom over clean and working. Our tiling, plumbing and electrical team is the same one that works on our full renovations.
Bathroom and kitchen together, or as part of a full renovation
If you want to renovate the kitchen as well as the bathroom, it pays to do both at once: one team, one delivery of materials and one rubble removal. Kitchen renovations start at €600/m². And if what you want is to renew the whole flat, the bathroom is part of our full renovation in Valencia, from €600/m² for the entire home.
Our work
Do I need a permit to renovate a bathroom in Valencia?
To replace pipes, tiles and sanitaryware without moving partitions, a responsible declaration (declaración responsable) at the City Council is enough. We file it for you and it is included in the quote.
Can you replace the bath with a shower?
Yes, it is the most common request. We remove the bath, make the new waste connection and fit the shower tray, level with the floor if you prefer. It is quoted as one more item.
Do you do only the tiling, without changing the pipes?
Yes. If the plumbing is in good condition we renew only the tiles: you will find it in our tiling service.
How much does it cost to renovate a 4 m² bathroom?
From €3,200 excluding VAT with tiles and labour included. The sanitaryware, taps and shower screen are added according to the models you choose.
Is the sanitaryware included in the price?
No: toilet, basin, taps and shower screen are your choice according to your taste and budget. Fitting them is included.
