How we work
We visit the home and measure the kitchen. You get an itemised quote. We sign a contract with a fixed price and deadline, do the works and hand the kitchen over ready for the units to be fitted. It is the same team that renovates our bathrooms and carries out our full renovations.
Kitchen and bathroom together, or as part of a full renovation
If you are renovating the bathroom as well, it pays to do both at once: one team, one delivery of materials and one rubble removal. Bathroom renovations start at €800/m². And if you want to renew the whole flat, the kitchen is part of our full renovation in Valencia, from €600/m² for the entire home.
Our work
Do I need a permit to renovate a kitchen in Valencia?
If no partitions are moved, a responsible declaration (declaración responsable) at the City Council is enough. We file it for you and it is included in the quote.
Are the kitchen units included in the price?
No. The units, the appliances and the flooring are separate: you choose them and we take care of the building work.
How much does it cost to renovate a 10 m² kitchen?
From €6,000 excluding VAT, with labour and materials included except the flooring and the units.
Do you do only the kitchen tiling?
Yes. If you only want to renew the tiles or the splashback between the worktop and the wall units, you will find it in our tiling service.
