How long it takes to build a house
A 150 m² house takes six months or more from the start of the works, depending on the project and the plot. The deadline is fixed in the contract together with the price.
How we work
We visit the plot and talk about what you want to build. We prepare the project with our architect and file for the building permit at the City Council. You get an itemised quote, we sign a contract with a fixed price and deadline, build the house and hand it over with the utilities connected. We work in Valencia and within a 50 km radius.
Renovating houses and villas
If you already own the house and what you need is a complete renovation, we do it as part of our full renovation service: for a detached house the price per metre is 10 to 25 % higher than for a flat. A recent example: a 60 m² chalet in the El Bosque estate (Chiva), complete rebuild with gas, heating, underfloor heating, windows and façade, 16 weeks, €100,000 excluding VAT.
