Prices exclude VAT; where you land in the range depends on the scope of the works. To prepare the quote we need the floor plan or cadastral reference, the number of workstations and whether the works will be done with the office in use. We give you the exact figure after the visit, item by item.

What an office fit-out usually involves

An office fit-out usually means a new layout with plasterboard or glass partitions, the electrical and data installation with points at every desk, air conditioning, a suspended ceiling with LED lighting and the floor and wall finishes. Which items apply in your case is decided with you at the visit and set out in the quote.

How long an office renovation takes

A 100 m² office takes around a month of works. The deadline is fixed in the contract together with the price. If the office keeps operating, we organise the works in phases or by zones, or work outside office hours, within the building-works hours the City Council allows.

Permits for an office renovation

Renewing finishes and installations without touching the structure is filed as a responsible declaration (declaración responsable). If the office changes its use or moves into premises that were not an office before, an activity licence is also needed. We coordinate the paperwork with our technicians and file it ourselves, as we do for our commercial unit renovations.
