A commercial renovation in Valencia costs between €300 and €1,600 per m² excluding VAT. The price depends mainly on the type of business, because each activity needs different installations. These are our 2026 prices, works and installations included:

We coordinate turnkey commercial renovations: technical project with an architect or engineer, works, installations, paperwork and the activity licence application. You deal with one person from start to finish. This is how we build the quote: we visit the premises, define the scope with you, the technician drafts the activity project and on that project we close the price item by item. Before starting we sign a contract with the amount, the schedule and a late-delivery penalty at our expense. Renovating clinics, restaurants, shops and salons in Valencia: what each type of premises includes

Every activity has its own requirements, and the works are designed from the activity project, not the other way round. This is what a renovation usually includes for each type of premises:

We renovated a 60 m² unit to turn it into a self-service laundry. The works included the new layout, all new installations (water, drainage, electricity, gas and ventilation), the shopfront entrance, a home-automation system for remote control of the business, the finishes and the licence applications, including the activity licence.
